You may use this website to browse furniture collections, request consultations, and place orders. You agree not to:

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% down payment (DP). Payment methods include bank transfer, e-wallets, and other options provided at checkout.

3. Custom Furniture Production

All products are handmade and custom-made according to your specifications.

Wood color and grain may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of mahogany, teak, or sungkai wood.

Estimated production time: 4–6 weeks, depending on design complexity and workload.

4. Shipping & Installation

We ship worldwide and throughout Indonesia. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and item size.

Free installation is available only in Jepara. For areas outside Jepara, installation services are available at an additional cost.

Damage during shipping is the responsibility of the courier, but we assist in filing claims and resolving issues.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after DP payment with a 10% administrative fee.

Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds are not available for custom-made products unless the error is on our part.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Beautiful Homes Furniture. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of our antique reproduction designs is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jepara, Central Java.
